Without Autumn, Even The Rain Will Not Dance

I heard this Phrase in a French movie. A pretty odd quote to grasp in the beginning but its meaning gets clearer as one looks deeply into it.

Without Autumn, Even The Rain Will Not Dance

If there is no autumn (yellow leaves falling, gray grass, barren and dull landscape) then the raindrops cannot fall joyously, the rain will not bring the utter feeling and sheer pleasure to the viewer.

And when there is autumn, the rain drops will fall on dried, crisp leaves on the ground and make a beautiful noise. It will make fallen leaves dance. It will wash away the dull and gray colors of the grass and bring true joy to the nature.

That’s how the rain dances in the autumn.

After all this little description about the rain in autumn and the dance; the overall things can be summed up like this in my view :

Without pain and hardship and bad times, the true joy of happiness and good times cannot be felt.
